Okay Ricky I'll change my status. I'll choose living...I'm just very fearful of drugs...I know they can save lives...change lives...I just don't see the wisdom in being a guinea pig.

Found Therapy that helped
hi, iam a 45 year old ra patient i hate the side effects of the drug meds and would love to try this thearpy.before my last episode.my family was ragging on me for even needing meds.i had to face the ra when i thought i can't go on like this and begged the er to just kill me to get me outta this misery.i was confined to the bed for 2 days.putting even the slightest weight on my hip was excruciating.i was on a wlker for 3 weeks, then crutches for 1 more week.because of the drug epidemic in our artea, you say i am in pain the health care workers shut down.i have been treated very poorly.and can only get a tylenol 3, w neorotins for the pain.

They write, asking for advice, and my advice to them is, "don't." DON'T give up! You can certainly live a full, fulfilling,...

Start Small! How to Stay Active with Arthritis

Let me just say this - I don't like to exercise. I am always baffled by people who genuinely love working out. While I always enjoyed sports growing up, until I had to quit - softball, basketball, and cheerleading - the idea of going to a gym or having a strict fitness regime has never appealed to me, and likely never will. Toss in an arthritis diagnosis at the age of 10 (one that has the c...
