ThinkonKS (9/25/2008) ROCK CHALK JAYHAWKS -- GO KU.
I am in a small town, Eudora, KS, which is about 6 minutes West of Lawrence. Blink and you just might miss us.
I'm right smack in the middle of Kansas (literally-intersection of I-70 and 135) but spent four years in Lawrence at KU I totally know where Eudora is, I used to drive through on the way to visit relatives in Olathe. I still drive all the way to Lawrence to see the rheumatologist-we don't have any of those in Salina!
I'm originally from El Paso, TX and holy cow do I miss the weather there....

| We just bought a small farm in West Virginia. We moved here about 1 month ago. So far, so good. (8 1/2 acres) We love it. I live here with my husband, son and my father lives with us since my mother passed away. He is not able to live alone. He is too sick. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. When spring time gets here there will definately be chickens and a couple pigs. (We are still debating a cow) And of course a nice big garden! ~Glenda
